BOYS OVER FLOWERS as we all know came from the Japanese version of HANA YORI DANGO.It starts when a young student;Geum Jan Di saved a life of a man at SHINWHA High.And because of her swimming skills,she was offered a scholar.Her life became miserable and turn upside down when she challenged the succesor and leader of F4;Gu Jun Pyo.Gu Jun Pyo starts to fall inlove with Jan Di.
It aired here in the Philippines in May 11,2009. But due to public demand, special limited encore episodes was aired on Saturday May 16, 2009 from 4:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. (From its premiere week May 11 to 14, 2009 episodes only.), follows a new and earliest timeslot in its primetime block at 6:00 p.m. starting on May 18, 2009 five days a week. It has become a phenomenal hit in Philippines reaching more than 34% of ratings. Sources say that ABS-CBN will be creating an in house production of Boys over Flowers.
But this last August 21,2009,it ended sweetly;Jun Pyo proposing to Jan Di at the seashore with the other members jokingly disagreed.But after that,they all look at the sun setting at the sea.
